All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

 

Please note in the current climate, there may be potential delays due to high demand, supply issues or postal service problems that are outside our control. Should this be an issue we will be sure to keep you updated.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates:

 

We offer shipping at  £3:50  per item to UK and  £7:50 per item to Ireland.

 

International Shipping

 

As we are a small company, we only ship to the UK and Ireland at the moment.

 

Taxes

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coaching for Schools is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

 

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jean@coachingforschools.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds and returns

 

We accept returns,at your cost, up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus our shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible jean@coachingforschools.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a mutually satisfactory solution.
