You may be feeling a little guilty that you may have passed this on to your grandchild because you know ADHD can run in families.

Let’s find out and celebrate your fantastic gifts.

So how will this help?

I have experience in running group coaching sessions for teachers and of being in group coaching programmes myself. I know that they work. You will discover that you are not alone and that there is always a solution. You will see other people taking action and that will inspire you. It is more fun doing things in a group. When we are engaged and having fun, the learning sticks!

So how does it work?

It is entirely self paced. You chose when to access the short, bite size  teaching videos. There will be a recorded group coaching call at a regular time once a week. This is where the magic happens….and the fun! There will be fact sheets and checklists to support your learning and we will hold each other accountable. You can email me between calls and there is the Facebook group: Grandparents’ Guide to  ADHD for extra support.

What will I get out of it?

You will build your confidence to be an advocate for your grandchild and their family. You will know you are using a strengths based coaching approach at all times. You will find comfort and companionship in the group. You will learn tips and tricks from each other. You will help and support each other and you will hold each other accountable and I promise we will have a lot of laughs along the way because my favourite  ‘F’ word is FUN!

One to One bespoke ADHD Coaching for Grandparents

Maybe your grandchild and their family have already been traumatised by both the education and the healthcare systems.  Maybe they are refusing to attend school. Maybe they have withdrawn completely and they are refusing to even come out of their bedroom. They are totally isolated.Their anxiety is just growing and growing, spiraling out of control. You cannot just sit on your hands and watch a slow motion car crash. This bespoke course will equip you with the tools and the mindset to really meet yourselves with compassion.

Then we move forward to live out our unconventional, extraordinary lives!

So how will this help?

I believe that in our most challenging moments, lie our greatest opportunities for self awareness and personal growth. You will be able to achieve a calmer family life where everyone feels heard and understood but NOT judged.

My family and I have been on that long, hard journey and there IS light at the end of the tunnel of torment.

So how does it work?

We start with a VIP day, face to face or virtually, depending on where you are in the world. We need to know where you are and where you want to get to. What success looks like for each family is going to be totally different. We will agree on how you want to access the teaching elements of the course. There will be weekly coaching calls 1 2 1 where we will review progress and set new goals for the week ahead. We will get to grips with the neuroscience behind ADHD. We need to understand that ADHD is your grandchild’s identity and their culture…and they are not alone! They are not broken. They do not need to be fixed. They do need to find the key for their particular brain to function at its best.

What will I get out of it?

You will get a bespoke programme designed specifically for YOUR family and your grandchild. We will be working with their strengths and their unique talents. It is the anxiety of Neurodiversity that has been causing the chaos in their lives. We will not be forcing a square peg into a round hole! We will be turning our backs on neuronormative standards of speaking, of dressing, of thinking of being in the world. This course will give you the confidence and the tools to be an advocate for your grandchild.

This is a Social Justice issue.
